Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal at any time. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period unless a refund is issued for that period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe securely processes supported cards, receipts, billing updates, cancellations, and customer portal sessions.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. Review the refund policy before checkout.
How do I restore Pro on a new device?
Use the Restore Pro Access form above with the checkout email for your active subscription. If the recovery email does not arrive, use the support page.
Does Pro guarantee fantasy results?
No. Fantasy Brain Pro is decision-support software, not betting, financial, or guaranteed outcome advice. Review the Terms before subscribing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your usage resets to free-tier limits, and Pro access is validated against your subscription status. The Privacy Policy explains how billing, usage, support, and operational data are handled.
