Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to run Fantasy Brain, including subscription status, Pro recovery email addresses, feature usage counters, support requests, data-quality reports, and operational logs.

When you connect league context, submit players, upload a roster image, or request an analysis, we process the inputs needed to return that result. We do not sell roster, league, or analysis data.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fantasy Brain does not store full card numbers or bank credentials.

We use data to provide fantasy football tools, enforce free and Pro usage limits, recover Pro access, prevent abuse, improve data quality, debug production incidents, and satisfy billing and tax obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage patterns to improve projections, edge detection, and product reliability.

Fantasy Brain relies on Stripe for billing, Supabase for database and authentication services, AI providers for requested analysis, and football data providers for schedule, player, and game context.

Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the requested service or maintain the app.

We use HttpOnly cookies for Pro entitlement and account-session continuity, and local storage for non-sensitive UI state such as free-tier usage display and cached interface preferences.

Clearing browser storage may reset local UI state, but server-side Pro access is validated against the subscription record.

We keep operational and billing records only as long as needed for service, security, accounting, and legal requirements. Support and data-quality requests may be retained so we can resolve issues and prevent regressions.

You can avoid optional league and roster uploads and still use the public fantasy tools. Pro subscribers can manage billing through the Stripe customer portal from the pricing page.
