These terms govern public use of Fantasy Brain tools, Pro purchases, billing, acceptable use, and support expectations.
Using Fantasy Brain
Fantasy Brain provides fantasy football research, workflow tools, and decision-support analysis. You are responsible for final roster, waiver, draft, trade, and league decisions.
You may not use the service to attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls, rate limits, subscription checks, or usage limits.
No Betting Or Financial Advice
Fantasy Brain is not betting, gambling, financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Football data changes quickly, and no projection or edge signal guarantees a fantasy outcome.
Pro Plans And Season Passes
Fantasy Brain Pro is offered at $9.99 per month, $99.99 per year, or $39.99 for the one-time Season Pass unless a different price is shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and receipts.
The Season Pass does not renew automatically. It grants Pro through the fixed season-end date displayed before checkout, after which access returns to the free tier.
Pro access is tied to an active paid-access record and server-issued entitlement cookies. Sharing access, abusing recovery links, or bypassing access checks may result in disabled access.
Billing, Cancellation, And Refunds
You can manage or cancel a monthly or yearly Pro subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from the pricing page. A Season Pass is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring plan to cancel.
Refunds are handled under the Fantasy Brain Refund Policy. The current launch policy provides a seven-day refund window for first payments.
Content And Data
You retain responsibility for roster screenshots, league IDs, player inputs, and other content you submit. Do not upload information you do not have the right to process.
Fantasy Brain may use aggregated, de-identified, or operational data to improve reliability, data quality, and product behavior.
Availability And Changes
The app depends on third-party providers, public football data, AI providers, Stripe, and Supabase. Features may be delayed, degraded, or unavailable during provider outages, offseason data gaps, maintenance, or abuse prevention.
We may update features, limits, policies, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves.
